Placed an order October 22nd March 4th - credit card is refunded No communication around why so I reached out to Joe - who told me I’d been flagged as a fraud risk and he’s had to cancel the order. Any call to me or email would have easily proven I wasn’t a fraudster but this was too much to ask. Ended up with no communication although Joe claims he sent an email - there is nothing! So essentially he had a nice £300 loan from me for 4 months before then deciding he didn’t want to fulfil order or even tell me about it. Incredibly disappointed.Won’t be using BGUK again unfortunately. Not a great experience.
