Don't be fooled like I was by the 5-star reviews (are they actually real?). The 1-star reviews are certainly correct. This is not an honest shop, and neither is 'Joe'. Customer service is non-existent, and 'Joe' will play victim blaming you for his poor service. Firstly, this store will add an auto-discount on the online store which will discount goods. 'Joe' will then email you the next day advising of the error and asking you to send the shortage via Paypal through 'friends & family' to a completely different email address (Joe I imagine is well aware that by doing this you have NO PROECTION through Paypal). Believing Honest 'Joe' that the auto-discount he applied was an error, I sent the short amount following his instructions and Joe advised he would send it that day. And then nothing. Weeks go by, no actual dispatch notice with a tracking number, and certainly no product (funny that!). Contacting Joe, Joe claims 'it was sent', and he 'would look into it'. So, I requested the tracking code. No response. Chased Joe. No response. Chased Joe again. Finally, a response with Joe playing victim. Now a changed dispatch date and a tracking code.....which does not work (funny that!). Email back to Joe advising it does not work. Joe would 'look into it'. Paypal claim opened, only to find out from Paypal that the claim can only be for the discount amount because the other payment was sent by 'friends & family', and also that this additional payment was sent to a totally different Paypal account.Advised Joe of the fact I have needed to open a claim, and that he needed to either provide a valid working tracking number or refund the item including the 'additional payment'.Next, a victim response with a clearly fabricated story from Joe again blaming me for his problems and for opening a claim (how dare I!) and a refund because of the problems the claim causes. Refunded, but only the original discounted amount, not the additional payment sent via 'friends and family'. Chased Joe for this, pointing out the refund is short of the additional payment. A reply from Joe, this time a rude insulting response including 'he will get to it the next day'. I had to speak with Paypal, reporting fraud and provided evidence how this seller was by-passing customer payment protection. Paypal refunded the payment.No idea how a store like this exists. Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. There is no reassurance or apology, just victim responses regarding the 'problems you have caused him'. The style and language used within Joe's responses, did not demonstrate any form of integrity. This is just one very awful dishonest seller.
