Two orders placed Jan 7th/8th, mistakenly put down as store pick up. Seller contacted later and postage paid, then nothing arrived. By the 15th of Feb I had requested a refund and not received anything, so a PayPal case opened. Seller then claimed Royal Mail had 'found' the package and I would receive soon. Order finally arrived on the 23rd of Feb, with Royal Mail tracking showing it had been posted from Yardley Road Post Office on 21st of Feb. Happy to have order, but I do not appreciate being lied to in regards to what had happened. Had the seller been upfront with me I would have accepted mistakes occur. A shame, but I will never buy from this store again.
