I'll just state the facts, as impartially as I can, and leave you to make up your own mind:Placed order 28th July & received email confirmation of successful payment via Paypal. All items shown as in stock online.Sent email to query expected dispatch date on 9th August (9 working days since order). No reply.Sent FB Messenger chat on 13th August (12 working days since order). Received reply from Joe via email and FB Messenger on next working day 15th August.Apologised that my original email had been "spam filter". Informed that my order had been inexplicably cancelled, and that I "should" have had an email to tell me "10 min after ordering" on 28th July (I did not). Informed that a refund would now be processed (18 days, 13 working days, after ordering).Items still showing as in stock on webstore online.Sent email back to ask why order had been cancelled. No reply.Refund received on 17th August. (Not sure why the refund only came after I chased the order and not straight away that the order was "cancelled" - no explanation was provided - but it did come promptly then at least).
