Ordered a citadel brush set online, didn’t receive it and was informed I needed to pay a 5 pound charge for postage as I had apparent selected the collect from the store option when I ordered. PayPal payment of 5 pounds later, still no brushes. No reply’s to emails. In a nutshell pretty crap.Edit - collection of brushes sent out by the supplier and order fully refunded.
