I'm writing on behalf of someone else. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. My account was wrongfully blocked for cheating, which I do not do. Despite changing systems and maintaining the same antivirus, the issues persist. I just want to resolve this to return my spouse's computer, but the lack of support is appalling.
