- For two hours, my vehicle remained unattended, with the excuse being that there were many customers on Saturday.
- They clearly have a booking policy and accepted my vehicle for the designated time, yet they failed to manage it properly.
- The company appears to have an ineffective process for handling their workload, accepting too many appointments without assessing their capacity.
- The service advisor seemed inactive and was not following up on the vehicles assigned to him.
- A four to five-hour timeline for a minor service is excessive and unrealistic.
- The customer service provided by the company is extremely poor and unsatisfactory.
