I purchased a grill, but one part was defective. I requested a replacement on January 1st to start assembling it, but I haven't received a formal response. I've called customer service twice, and though they promised to send a technician, I'm still waiting. I can't use the grill I already paid for, and no solutions have been offered since I reported the issue.
