I recently ordered from BAUHAUS Croatia and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product arrived damaged, and there were missing items in the order. Despite my immediate notification to their customer service, it has been nearly 48 hours without any resolution or meaningful response.The solution to this issue seems straightforward: either send a replacement for the damaged item and the missing parts, or provide a partial refund. However, BAUHAUS Croatia has not taken any steps to address the problem, leaving me frustrated and without the products I paid for.Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and BAUHAUS Croatia has disappointed in this regard. I hope they improve their support processes in the future to ensure better experiences for their customers. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.
