I’m really pleased with my two basses, even though I only ordered one. Out of my four, I play these two around 75% of the time. They are well-constructed and have excellent tone. Initially, I received the wrong bass and was asked to find another buyer for it, which felt quite unreasonable since the error wasn’t mine. I went ahead and purchased the second bass, and I’m glad I did. I primarily perform with one bass because it’s the one I practiced with and took to the performance venue, where it remains. I appreciate its lightweight design and solid build. The other bass is also impressive, similar in feel to the first one and visually appealing. My other basses are a different brand and model, which led me to discover this company. I’ve encountered a minor issue with the plug nut coming loose, but I tightened it up, and it’s been fine since. My bass at home stays in one room, while the performing one is kept in my office. It does go slightly out of tune when moved to the stage due to different humidity levels, but it settles well once there. Currently, my concerns are that the company frequently sells out of bass cases, except for the expensive anniversary edition. I’d like to buy two cases, but they’re never available. I’m also interested in some merchandise like a hoodie or hat. The hoodie is priced at $100, while similar items from other brands are much cheaper. Given the tariffs, could the company consider partnering with a U.S. vendor to produce more reasonably priced merchandise? I’m willing to support word-of-mouth marketing, but I’d appreciate a broader selection at better prices.
