I am writing to express my deep frustration with the technical support I recently received. The experience was unprofessional and utterly unhelpful. Throughout the conversation, the representative kept repeating the same scripted phrases without addressing my specific issue. Despite my request for technical details, I was provided with zero technical information.Furthermore, the situation escalated when I was denied access to the service/card I paid for. The support representative refused to process a refund, claiming the item was 'activated,' yet provided absolutely no evidence or confirmation of this activation. This complete lack of transparency and refusal to return funds strongly suggests a predatory business practice, which many would simply call a scam.To make matters worse, the agent kept dodging my questions and eventually disconnected the session abruptly without providing a solution or a follow-up.
