Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size (XL) and subsequently contacted them, I received a swift reply offering to change it to the correct size (L).The service I've received since then has been exceptional and always prompt, what great customer service!I would highly recommend Baxter & Baxter, and I have ordered another bracelet from them since.
