I ordered my stock almost two months…

I ordered my stock almost two months ago and I’m yet to receive my full order! I was told two weeks after I was supposed to receive my order that they had no stock and would it be ok to wait for the stock to arrive for fulfilment) I was happy to wait for the delay as I understand that these things happen sometimes and because I was excited to use these as they’ve been advertised everywhere as AMAZING, I can assure you they are not!!! The issue is that when I finally received what I thought was my full order I opened the package to find two simple kits missing (after waiting over a month for them to be delivered) and a broken applicator. I’ve been in constant contact with Janine and Aimee trying to follow up my missing stock and recently also advised of the additional issue with the broken applicator and as yet I have still not received an eta on my missing stock only to be advised that my “missing item” will be with me shortly, and once they’ve processed it as a new order I should get a tracking number and delivery eta, I have since reached out to clarify that I’m actually missing two kits not one along with next steps for the faulty stock received and as yet have not received my stock nor any resolution. The longer I wait for the missing items the more issues with this company and the stock they sell, seems to be arising Edit - it is now the 21/2/25 and I still have not received any updates on my order or missing stock! I have been in constant contact with your customer service team to no avail! If I could give zero stars I would! Just based on the customer service experience alone - I can’t review the product properly as I haven’t even received it yet - absolutely no accountability or desire to help rectify an issue caused by your company Update edit - it is now the 7th of March and I am STILL yet to receive my stock and no response or resolution when trying to escalate the issue - 👏🏻
