Always good service during my appointment and offering coffee is very welcome whilst you are waiting ,staff are very friendly and helpful .. I joined the monthly scheme which gives discounts and free scans … I was booked in for an audio test too and as a result was able to make use of the free ear wax removal under the scheme .. good choice of glasses, although can be expensive but you are not obliged to purchase from them as they give you a copy of your prescription…
