I flagged a comment on a discussion regarding "carspreading" where the commenter referred to bus users as "riff raff". The moderator deemed this acceptable. It's disappointing to see such derogatory terms allowed, and I feel the service has failed to protect users from insults. Shame on the platform for this oversight.
