Made an order on Sunday needed by the next Sunday. They needed my ID this was sent to them on Thursday (timeline was tight) They never responded since the Thursday. That Sunday when the starter pistol was needed as gone. Had to source the gun somewhere else. I asked for my money back on email. as I have not received the gun and I no longer need it. But zero response… seems like a recurring issue for a long time basis the reviews. Hire more people/inform people of your slow response/inform people they need to be clear in their first order as your subsequent responses are slow… the company needs to be slower in responding to orders as they seem to get a fair amount of orders wrong. Slow, steady, steady =fast and accurate.This was my first time buying a bbgun not good experience. I would like my money back so if you’re seeing this bbgun4less respond to my email, I no longer need the gun just want a refund.
