I have sent 2 emails asking for contact after the battery and cable on my purchase got so hot that they were smoking I had to immerse in water to stop it Luckily I was close to a bucket of water I have had no contact from the company It was a scary incident which could have led to a fire I just want to send the purchase back and get a refund
