I ordered a mystery box with express shipping on the 10th July, I got the confirmation email and the the money was taken from my card. Fast forward to the 14th July and the order still does not appear under the "My Orders" section. Tried calling customer service and no answer, and no replies to the 2 emails that have been sent. This used to be a great company but I am now on the verge of claiming the money back from my credit card as I have no idea if the order actually exists.
