I was interested to note that Jonathan Crick (Mr bbguns4less) felt the need to leave himself a glowing review! It does make you wonder about the validity of other similar reviews.Ordered a rifle with scope and some pellets and credit where it's due, it arrived next day. Sadly it was the wrong one, I emailed immediately and waited for a response.24 hours passed with no reply so I took photos showing the incorrect item, sent them and waited for a response. I tried calling but it is impossible to speak to a person, they just send you round in circles with recorded messages.24 hours passed, still no response, so I repacked the items and following the website instructions took it to the carrier drop off point, paying for the return myself. Later in the day I received an email to say they would send out the missing item. Clearly, this was prompted by the email they would have received from the carrier telling them they have a parcel inbound.I told them not to bother as the parcel was already with the carrier. They received the parcel then asked me if I wanted them to send out the correct item. I told them I just wanted a refund plus reimbursement for the cost of return shipping, as promised on their website.I was refunded for the rifle but not the pellets, they said they were not in the parcel - they were. I asked for the cost of the return shipping and was met with silence.I started a dispute with Paypal and Jonathan Crick (Mr bbguns4less) said he would reimburse me for the pellets - he hasn't to this day.Dealing with this company has been a dreadful experience and I would encourage people to look elsewhere. If this is the world of BB, I don't want to be involved.
