I don't like leaving negative reviews but feel it necessary on this occasion. I ordered an unstuck item expecting same day despatch as advertised and Free delivery as advertised. I'm now 11 days down the line with no updates on my order and also have been charged despite "Free delivery' claim on the site. I've called several times....nobody bothers to answer the phone! I've also emailed and.......nobody bothers to reply!Seems like a Mickey Mouse outfit to me! Customer service is non-existent
