They're ok. I got what i ordered in a timely manner. I just wish their mobile site was better. I like to read *all* the reviews for products like this and didn't realize they only show the first 5pgs of reviews on mobile, which were somehow all 5*, it took me going on desktop to see reviews for a toy that were more similar to my experience, such as the rabbit toy i got being so small it made no sense on being able to use it for it's proper use and the rabbit part being pointy and uncomfortable. Also when i put in my order I took several screen shots during the process to help a friend who was also making a purchase and all thru it all you can see the code for the free toy in my bag, and i made sure to exit my bag and click claim offer and everything just in case, but somehow after i finished my purchase my email receipt didn't have the code and support is saying they cannot modify shipped orders even if it was supposed to/qualified for gift promos, even with the proof i provided. So in the end after spending about $60 for 3 toys i only ended up getting 2 and only like/can actually use one of them. So overall.... be very careful with reading reviews, go on a desktop if u can (i wouldn't doubt some of the 5 stars are bot accounts in all honesty), make sure to read the full description, and if your receipt is missing something try to contact them asap before they ship your order.... or else you'll end up wasting a good amount of money like i did.
