Horrible customer service, a code which I confirmed was added to my cart was removed. Emailed support immediately, no help. We’re unable to cancel my order, adjust it, send the additional item in the promo. Nothing. There was no accommodation, no help, nothing. I would never recommend this company and I would never purchase anything from them again.
