I bought a product as part of a giveaway back in December, and a day later I received an email saying my order was on the way. I waited until January since it was being shipped from a different country to contact the customer service helpline. I was told I’d hear back from their Customer Care Specilaists within 24 hours and it’s been 5 months…. I don’t know why this is happening or where my order is as no other reviews seems to be having the same problem. I was advised to not resubmit an appeal for my order as I’d be pushed to the back of the queue. At this point it’s turned into a game of how long I can wait for a package to arrive :(
