What I dislike:I bought, or at least tried to buy a Flutter Wand. They sent me Thrust and Flutter Vibe. I did NOT open them. I told them about my situation, and they refused to trade them out for the correct item. So yeah, I ate about $100 extra dollars in losses and they won't mitigate it. Be prepared to lose money.I also asked a general health question and how to properly dispose a dead vibrator, and they did not answer that question. I have one from a different brand and I don't think I should throw it in the trash or take it to an electronics recycler. But I guess I have to trash it. Shitty customer service. Shitty policies.What I do like:Good quality products.
