I ordered a product that was free, only shipping costs had to be paid. I ordered on dec. 6th, it is currently dec. 23rd. Item never showed up, the tracking link does not work, and my request for a refund of my $12 spent on shipping has been denied. First, consider a new carrier if this company isn’t a grift. Second, terrible customer service. No one in this economy can afford to just throw away any amount of money. $12 gone in the wind that could’ve gone to something actually productive and useful. Y’all should be embarrassed
