I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The customer service is awful and my order is taking forever to get here, I’m still waiting on it. I was trying to decide between 2 products and I went through the checkout process with the first one to see what the total would be as I had a limit to what I was going to spend. I decided not to get the first product so I exited and did the same thing with the second one. I decided on the second one and ordered it. To my horror, I saw that I had accidentally ordered the first one when I was looking at it as well. The first order was already over my limit, and then I also ordered the second one at that point. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them about the issue but was told that I would not be able to get a refund or anything. Because of this I am currently trying to figure out how to afford necessities this month because of how tight my budget it. And to add salt to the wound neither orders have been delivered and it’s been like a week.
