The website is well designed and easy to use. The ordering process is simple. My package arrived within a day or two of the stated time and as promised the packaging is very discreet. I am impressed with the quality of the products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I paid over $16 in duty charges when picking up my package. It was unexpected.
