If you're used to ordering from BBoutique like I am, be aware that although the FAQ section of BBoutlet and BBoutique are EXACTLY the same, and the BBoutlet emails state that their head office is in Montreal, your order will ship out from the US and you will be charged in USD and also have to pay taxes and duties on top, so your order will end up being more expensive than if you just ordered from BBoutique and take twice as long if not longer to arrive. This should be a huge disclaimer at checkout and it's not. The country button at the top of the BBoutlet website doesn't actually change your currency I'm not sure why it's even there, the website lacks transparency. Good luck trying to cancel your order as well, I emailed right away and was politely told "too bad" because they already printed the label and the orders are unhygienic once they leave the warehouse, even though it sat at the warehouse for another couple days afterwards. Seems to me like they print the labels right away even if they don't ship for a few days so that nobody can change their orders or return anything. As a long time customer I feel that both the website and the customer service I received was lacking, and Canadian customers should know in advance that the items will not ship from within Canada like they normally do. I've not yet received the items but the whole experience before receiving them has made me not want to shop on BBoutique or BBoutlet again.
