They refuse to make a formal complaint, sometimes they just send a blank email as a reply. They lie, I was told I was refunded 17 days ago, and they won’t send proof of the refund transaction. Instead playing dumb saying they’ve sent it and that I should accept that as proof??? Unhappy customers you can: go to resolver.co.uk and we can complain through here. Also contact your bank for a refund, they’re very helpful. Citizens Advice also helpful.
