BCA stole my whole salary during an international transfer. When I asked why is it taking 10 days to a transfer that usually took maximum 3 days they said it was the recieving banks fault. I asked that they reach out to the recieving bank they refused and insisted it was their fault. I followed up with the recieving bank they confirmed no payment was made by BCA. I asked BCA they said I must pay 150k for them to investigate. I refused and decided to go back the next day when they told me they wavered the fee. No feedback on investigation was provided, money still has not cleared 13 days after sending it. The recieving bank informed me BCA sent my salary to chase bank ny. BCA claimed not to know why the transaction took so long and had the nerve to make me pay for an error they caused.
