I love the selection of games and live chat are always very helpful. I will say this though, as a VIP player they say I am entitled to faster withdrawals which is definitely not the case. I have a substantial amount of winnings in the casino but due to being a NZD player I can only request 7500 a month. Every 30 days I attempt to withdraw and I get declined because they say it hasn't been 30 days. They want me to wait 31 days. They then take 5 to 7 days to process my withdrawal when it should be faster than the 3 to 5 days a normal player would wait. They do have some areas that need improvement.
