got a notice stating that our provider can only be assigned to one site for this particular managed care plan... the first attempt did not indicate the plan option.. after informing them that the provider can in fact participate under multiple tax id and clarify which plan we are able to select.. new notice only shows the plans but not the tax-id associated with the plan... guess what the rep has no phone number and won't call us .. so if we do not respond they will select for us... and we wonder why health care cost is out of control...if you are our rep then we should have your number and or answer our e-mail....i give you 1 star if i could give you 0 i would
