I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key that was already used, and after creating a ticket, I received no response! Thinking it was a mistake, I ordered another key and again received a used one! Eventually, I got a reply to my ticket and it worked, but when I asked for a refund for the second key, they offered another key instead of a refund, even after I provided screenshots of the error! I would advise steering clear of this site!
