I bought a Windows 11 Pro key that was already in use, and after submitting a ticket, I received no reply! Assuming it was an error, I ordered another key, but again, it was already activated! Eventually, I got a response to my ticket, and the key worked, but when I requested a refund for the second key, they only provided another key instead of a refund, despite my sending screenshots of the error! I would recommend avoiding this site!
