The very nature of this esim is rare if not unique in that whatever you have purchased is saved from trip to trip and doesn't go down the tubes like all other e-sims I have ever used. Now, that wouldn't be worth a lot of it didn't work, but it works flawlessly and the help at one's disposal is the best I've ever experienced. Upon landing for my first trip with their sim I didn't get online but the service assistance guessed that I didn't have the correct APN defined abs s.he was spot on. That fixed it. Then on a trip I bought a new phone and asked if the esim could be transferred to the new phone (which never happen with other companies). Bcengi service created a new esim with my remaining balance and I could install it in the new phone. It just doesn't get better than this.
