In July 2024, I made UPI payments totaling ₹1.55 lakh to BC.Game through their partner merchants. All payments were successful from my bank’s side.However, BC.Game claimed they never received my money. I provided:Bank statementsUPI receiptsAn official letter from my bank confirming the paymentsVideo recordings and chat screenshots with their support teamDespite this, their support refused to help, citing a strict 30-day ticket policy. After 9 months of follow-ups, their final response was:“We cannot help you as your order is older than 30 days.”And:“Do whatever you want, you will not get a refund.”This is a clear scam targeting Indian users. Their customer support is unhelpful and dishonest.I am now pursuing complaints with RBI, NPCI, and cybercrime authorities.If you’re thinking of depositing money on BC.Game, be very careful.
