These problems have not only caused financial losses, but have also resulted in repeated misinformation and contradictory support responses. Below is a summary of each issue. 1. CRASH GAME GLITCH - FORCED LOSSES AT 1.00x I placed bets at 1.01x, and visually observed the multiplier pass 1.01x, only for the game to declare a crash at exactly 1.00x. This occurred immediately after large manual bets. I provided a screen-recorded video to your live support clearly showing this glitch. I am not responsible if this video is not forwarded properly to your investigation team. LEVEL-UP BONUS DENIAL (SILVER LEVEL 21) Page 1Formal Complaint to BC.Game Support - Level-Up Bonus & Crash Manipulation Support chat logs prove that I reached Silver Level 21 and was told by agent "Nebojsa" that I had successfully claimed the reward. However, no bonus was issued to my account, and agent "Nikola" later contradicted the record. This agent falsely claimed that bonuses only begin at Level 22 and closed the chat without proper investigation. Contradictory statements include:- "You did claim the bonus for level 21." - Nikola- "You have collected level-up reward for level 21." - Nebojsa- "You did not reach level 21 last night." - Nikola (despite later confirming I am level 21)- Nikola also attempted to shift blame onto a "bonus system overhaul" with no supporting evidence or records. 3. SUPPORT CONTRADICTIONS & MISDIRECTION- I was denied a refund on my 9,634 XLM loss by agent "Mella," who claimed video evidence was mandatory.- Agent "KLim" later confirmed video was NOT required: "No need sir."- Inconsistencies and false guidance from your staff have resulted in the denial of fair user treatment, and likely cost me significant funds.
