im not gonna play there anymore. for every tiny problem i have to contact the support, but the bc.support is the worst support ive ever seen. same answers no solutions and a lot of time waste. BTW: none of the "no deposit" bonuses whether 5$ 10$ or free spins has ever worked, plus they bombard you with emails and messagesback then i liked bc but for now i would say every other casino is better than bc.game
