My withdrawal stuck from last 35 days. There is no solution. They said that withdrawal is sucessfull I send my vedio record and statement. Still they are replying the same. I mean they don't have trust on customers. Bc seems to be a scam now. Even if I want to file a case for this transaction they ask for account details. I don't have any account details of the sender
