This casino (& likely all) are legitimately manipulating, cheating and stealing from their customers.& no authority or government is acknowledging or accepting any accountability.On the 5/03/2023 I was playing coin flip, I was continually pressing tails & continuously lossing. All of a sudden it landed on tails BUT IT STILL RECORDED A LOSS?! So I wrote to support who replied I possibly encountered a glitch but that glitches don’t affect the outcome & they don’t compensate lost bets.(which it shouldn’t have been)So skip forward to 22/03/2023, playing coin flip again & I won $396,000! Long story short, they kicked me from site 30 minutes later, next day I tried signing in and had an error msg pop up ‘account verification required’ I wrote to support who said “we are currently experiencing technical difficulties” I replied “BS everyone else is able to sign on” they then said “oh we are doing routine security checks and your account was selected” I said “bs I have a vip host and am well verified!”Finally got on to my account and they had reverse the $90,000 withdrawal and managed to siphon over $247,000 from my account!!I wrote too the master license who replied on the 25/03/2023 saying the operator had explained the issue to me. But they had not even mentioned a thing about it until the 26/03/2023!! And guess what they reckon. “Glitch”?!!!! But the 2 weeks prior they’d told me glitches don’t affect the outcome!Honestly this is so ridiculous. I have contacted so many different entities but most remain silent. I don’t think they understand how very close I am to forgetting about my pursuit for the reimbursement of my funds & just doing something silly to make sure it becomes such a large enough drama that many of those involved are required to give the public honest answers and to stop this bs happening to many others. It’s wrong and everyone in the industry no doubt is involved in this nonsense. They think they can do as they please to us small folk. casinos claim that it’s all provably fair but I think people are smart enough by now to realise AI can calculate at exceptional speeds. Ffs
