I deposited ₹2000 on BC.Game using my CRED wallet and now they are asking for a bank PDF statement to verify the payment. The problem is that payments made through CRED wallet do not provide a bank PDF statement for that specific transaction.
I already explained this to their live support and offered to provide:
• Screenshot of the CRED transaction
• Transaction ID / Reference number
• Payment confirmation details
But they are still insisting on a bank statement that simply does not exist for wallet payments.
This is extremely frustrating and makes the verification process impossible for users who pay through wallets. I am willing to provide any valid proof of payment, but the support team is not offering a practical solution.
Very disappointing experience so far. I hope the support team resolves this issue quickly.
