I couldn’t explain how hard things have been since the truck hit me a couple years ago. Lost my job, my marriage and my body is rather broken still. Pain is constant but not a friend. Today, Dan became a friend. He called me today and was everything I didn’t know I needed, and kind to the point I wept a little.
