BDV’s not for International Students with Advanced Degrees. This program is designed specifically for individuals with only a high school diplomaIf you hold an undergraduate degree in STEM or any field, steer clear of BDV's empty promises and false advertising around their 12-month unskilled job program. This program is not suitable for international students with advanced degrees. Get OPT, stick with your EB-3 skilled employers for two years and file directly, the process is much smoother and faster. With BDV's EB-3 unskilled program, once you receive your EAD, they'll pressure you to start working immediately and threaten that employers might revoke your I-140 if you don't comply. They'll insist you take any shift available, regardless of your preference. Employers typically don't mind, but BDV will pressure you if you opt for another shift.After you've completed the 12-month commitment, the pressure tactics escalate. They'll warn you not to leave your sponsor. They imply that leaving means finding your own sponsor. Sponsor employers are supportive of you leaving and agrees with your decision and will say yes to your return after your I-485 approval, after you worked 12 months. UNTILLL BDV intervenes, BDV sent emails to employers saying how BDV Clients option are limited and they have to work full-time not even part-time. Clearly, BDV wants their clients to be modern slave. BDV wants their client to focus and give their best on $12/hr jobs, compromising the client’s skilled jobs, where they earn $82/hr (I’m talking about BDV clients with STEM degrees, computer science and software developers).
