Absolutely shocking customer service - ordered the wrong size t-shirt and noticed as soon as I hit complete order. BDXY refused to change the order and dispatched the goods and made me do a return which took forever due to their poor technology. Now they then say they have not received the return. No they are "looking into it". This company is either dishonest or incompetent or both. So far I have hours trying to sort this out - what a waste of time.
