AVOID!! Very bad experience with Be Connect. They sold us a ISDN with our business, with a written guarantee of £14.99 per month, then proceeded to charge us £50 for the first month citing 'engineer visits' & various other add ons that never existed. When we complained we were dismissed and threatened with the cessation of our number which we have had for 21 years. We have tried to migrate to another provider & they have now cut our line off & claimed that it was the gaining provider that took over. We called the gaining provider & were told categorically that it wasn't them. Make sure you do not sign up for any services with this company
