Apparently Befibre have gone through a merger.
God help us all.
Warning: you are now no longer able to get through to technical support despite the phone menu offering this as an option.
Instead you are put through to an oversees operator with no idea or experience of how to help and who offers to take your number and get tech support to call back within 24 hours.
So far Befibre have never called back.
Whilst half the price of sky broadband - moving to Befibre has been the worst decision.
