Waiting times are ridiculous, website says 7-10 working days I've been waiting months for my goods. There is no apology from owner as the reps are very sorry but out of their control. Think their boss needs to learn Customer service and learn to say sorry and sign her name on the bottom of the emails. Prices are very high on their weighted blankets can find cheaper else where and they are the same. Very un happy customer. wouldn't buy from Bea Box again, Shame as the lady i dealt with was fantastic and i hope she gets on in her new business.
