I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After making a payment, the service/product that was promised was never delivered. I tried reaching out multiple times through their available contact channels, but I either received no response or vague replies that did not resolve the issue.
What made this worse is that after payment, communication became extremely slow, and eventually stopped altogether. I feel misled because the company did not honor what was advertised on their website.
I am sharing this review to warn others to be very careful before sending any money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. A proper refund process and better customer support would be a good place for them to start improving.
