Avoid at all costs. I ordered 1 bag, confirmation came for 1 bag, with the cost, I was overcharged. Not only that they have sent 2 exactly the same and colour and also overcharged for the 2nd. They have said they have issue a refund for the amount they overcharged on 1 bag. I have contacted them in the 15 days to send them both back not leather as advertised but pu leather. I have sent pictures and arrived to late did not realise they were based in USA. and tried to cancel, but was told by customer service they are sure I would love the item, no mention of 2 items. They offered me £3 and to keep the item I have said no, they have offered me £6 and said shipping would cost me a lot and not with it, I could accept the £6 and give to a friend, still nothing about having sent me 2 bags. Do not use this company they have no idea what there customer service have no idea and do not even read the issues they are sent. I am still waiting for the refund of the overpayment on 1 bag.
