I ordered the shell shaped make up bag for an upcoming holiday. I received tracking updates galore, then another set of tracking when I chased my parcel. Apparently, there is a bag in Edinburgh and one in Lincoln, neither of which are anywhere near me. No answer to emails complaining and no offer of refund. From the looks of other reviews, I have been scammed and am really surprised Facebook let them continue advertising. I won't order anything from them or any other organisation online again, fed up of being scammed and no products for my money.
